Do you offer fully bespoke designs?

Yes, we offer bespoke design services for clients seeking something entirely unique. If you have a specific concept or requirement, please contact us to discuss your ideas in more detail. We look forward to hearing your design ideas.

What options are available when purchasing?

Depending on the product, you may select between a Decanter - Only or a decanter supplied with Premium Spirits. Available options are clearly displayed on each product page.

Do you offer international delivery?

Decanter-Only products are available for delivery within the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders for Decanter-Only products to other international destinations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your requirements. We currently deliver Alcohol Products within the United Kingdom only.

How long does it take to receive my order?

As most of our decanters are individually handcrafted to order, a production period applies prior to dispatch. We generally aim to dispatch orders within approximately 10 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the destination and courier service. Typical delivery timeframes are: United Kingdom - approximately 48 hours via tracked delivery. United States - approximately 4 working days via UPS. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on individual orders and external factors. Should you have a specific deadline, we invite you to get in touch prior to ordering. We will always strive to accommodate your requirements where possible.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

For international Decanter-Only orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of many of our products, cancellations and returns may not be possible once production has begun. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence and, where appropriate, will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
