At Special Brand Spirits, each piece is individually crafted to order. This policy outlines our approach to production, shipping, and delivery.
Production Time
As many of our products are personalised or made to order, a production period applies prior to dispatch. Typical production time is stated on the product page and may vary depending on the nature of the order. Production will begin shortly after order confirmation.
Shipping Locations
Products containing alcohol are restricted to delivery within the United Kingdom only. Decanter-only products are currently shipped within the United Kingdom and the United States. Decanter-only orders to other international destinations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your requirements.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier services. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included where specified. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed prior to purchase. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
Delivery Responsibility
Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the item where required.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as possible. Any issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery where applicable. Please retain all original packaging in the event that a return or inspection is required.
